Custom Treatment Item Categories
We have added an option to add your own Treatment item categories. Whether it's a treatment or a defect, create your own groups!
This can be created by going to:
- Settings > Treatment Plans > Treatment Categories
- Then go to your individual Items via Settings > Treatment Plans > Treatment Items and select the relevant category.
Group Merge Fields
Making SMS/Email/Letter Templates or sending Emails or SMS messages will now show organised merge fields that are grouped appropriately. The search has also been improved.
Custom Booked In/After Drop Down Menu Planned Appointments
The list of booked before or after time slots can be customised. Have your own personalised options whether its 3 days or 3 months!
- This can be amended by going to Settings > Appointment Setup > Planned Appointment Booking Period Setup
Added Prescription Numbers
Prescriptions now can have prescription numbers added to both NHS and Private prescriptions.
Private prescriptions can auto generate a number if needed.
The Report was also changed to show how many prescription items were included on the printout.
Merge Duplicate Patients Tool
Have you ever accidently made a ghost copy of another record? Now you can merge the details together.
On the incorrect record, deactivate the Patient Record via details > Select Duplicate. Then it will ask you if you would like to merge the record.
Search for the original record, they may also be shown as a possible duplicate record already. Always take note of the Patient ID and take extra care when merging. This cannot be undone!
By default, we merge:
- Appointments (including all appointments and planned appointments)
- Clinical notes
- Transactions (including any payment plans)
- Additionally, patient documents can be selected to merge
Send FP17DCO to PearlPad from Ortho Assessment
For NHS Orthodontic practices, you can now select the current ortho assessment and send the FP17DCO document straight to either the Pearl Pad or the Patient Portal!
Other Spooky Goings-on.
- Reactivating a Patient record will no longer show the additional info box. You can also set additional information for all options.
- No longer showing "Send to FP17DCO to Portal/Pearl Pad" options for Private Practices
- Now shows overdue Medical History on appointment tooltip
- Note searching now can hide the note content for just a list of patients
- FTA Manager now has a go to patient and view appointment history button
