What is PearlPad?

PearlPad is the tablet mode every Pearl customer needs. Allowing the practice to take that next best step to achieve the title of a paperless practice. The PearlPad is designed to allow patients to be given the tablet by the practice receptionist, they then sit down and the PearlPad will simply guide them through all the forms the practice needs them to sign. Once they are done they hand the tablet back to reception. Then Pearl will take care of the rest, the patient details will be uploaded and in the patients record before you know it.

Your reception team will also appreciate the reduced front of house work load so they can focus on other tasks like booking future appointments or returning patient calls.

PearlPad can be added to your practice free of charge. PearlPad is included in your practice subscription to Pearl.

How does it work?

Before the patient attends their appointment

When you book that appointment in Pearl, click PearlPad button at the bottom left. Request the specific documents to be signed. Then click 'Send Patient(s) To PearlPad', you have now requested the patient complete the following documents.

Pearl will confirm you have requested the patient to complete documents.
