FP17 - Previous Financial Year

Since December 2021 it is no longer possible to amend claims which were previously scheduled in the past financial year. Further details of this change can be found in the December 2021 NHSBSA Bulletin . To remove this warning without informing the board you can use the "Edit Schedule values" button at the top of the form.

If you need to amend the schedule values do so, then save the form and pearl will report the claim as a "Scheduled" form.

If you need to transmit an amendment to a form from the prior financial year you should call the NHSBSA EDI support desk: 0300 330 1348 (Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm)

Common Error Codes:

@346	Schedule Query cannot be processed as it refers to a claim pertaining to a past financial year.
