FP17 - Continuation Not Possible

This error occurs when the board says that they cant find the original claim.
To resolve this you need to go the patients record and click FP17 on the right.
From here double check that there is another claim in the history.
If there isn't a previous claim, i would recommend adding one in and transmitting that claim. Then the board can link both claims together.
