Customising Medical Warnings

1) Go to Settings -> Medical Warnings

2) Here you will see all of your Medical warning questions. You can hide, edit and delete them from this page.

3) Click the green plus in the bottom right, this will allow you to add a Medical Warnings question into Pearl.

How to Complete Medical Histories

Patient Portal

1) When booking an appointment, click the PearlPortal button on the bottom right of the adding an appointment window.

2) Request Medical History to be completed. By clicking the Medical History tick box, then click send patients to PearlPortal

This will send a request a request to the patient's account, saying that their practice has asked for them to complete their medical histroy.
