FP17 - Overlapping Claim: Difference between revisions

This error is occurring because there is a claim already present, the board will not accept the claim if they think you are trying to claim for the same treatment twice.  
The Acceptance/Completion dates on this claim overlap with another claim already registered with the board.


To resolve this you need to go the patients record and click FP17 on the right.
If this was a duplicate form, simply delete the form. If you are attempting to send a new form to replace the previous claim, go the patients record and click FP17 on the right.

Search through the claims that are over lapping and [[send a delete form request]] for the claim that is wrong.  
Find the claim you wish to replace and [[send a delete form request]] for that claim. You will have to transmit the deletion BEFORE re-signing the attention form to prevent this error reoccurring.
